　当時のテンプスはアリ･オリー在籍時としてはかなりの低迷期だったのですが、このアルバムに "Get Ready" が収録された事に便乗し、その後に発表される事になる Milestone の先行シングルとして同曲を再録する所に Otis Williams のしたたかな迄の戦術が伺われます。
