This is the last album of Ali's 1st period with the Temptations.He left The Temptations after this album and Dennis Edwards came back to take a place of Ali.
"Lady Soul" became #4 hit on Billboard R&B Chart, #47 on Pop Chart (7/1/1986), and one of the most popular songs especially in Japan.
"Lady Soul" is covered by The Persuasions in 1988, by George Banton in 1993, and also by Johnnie Taylor in 1994, but no one is compared with the original.
"Someone" was the ending song for his first Japan Tour as Temps in.1988 and all the audience was impressed by his excellent talent as an entertainer.
