J: Did you do recording with The Drifters or The Blue Notes ?
A:No, I didn't record with .The Drifters. I recorded with The Blue Notes.
J:You did ?!! You've never told me before !!
So, how many singles or albums ?
A:One album, and the song that I recorded was one song that I helped to write, this called "Disco Explosion" , and I wrote it all with Louis Price, whom we can remember when I wanted to try out for The Temptations but I wasn't accepted, Louis Price got the job.
He and I wrote this song over the telephone, called "Disco Explosion". And we recorded this song with The Blue Notes, and we also recorded The Temptations' song called "All I Need", disco version, an old The Temptations' song.

David Ruffin recorded originally*. We did remake cover with The Blue Notes.
The name of the album, that was on called... no, it wasn't on an album, it was single, and it was on Fantasy Records.(Disco Explosion / All I Need by The Blue Notes: Fantasy D-112 '78)

A: No album.

A:1977, 1978 something like that.
J:Then you joined The Temptations and made a big hit of "Treat Her Like A Lady" in 1983...
A:Yeah I wrote that and recorded back in '78 or '79 when I was living in New York. I wrote "Touch Me" when I was living in New York. I wrote "Magic" also in New York. All these songs were written when I was...
